Evening hours from 4:00 PM till 6:00 PM are the visiting hours for In Patient attendants.
Other than these timings males are strictly not allowed, only one female attendant for Normal Delivery patients and two female attendants for Caesarean patients are allowed to stay with patients.

To obtain a copy of indoor case papers the patient or their attendants should write a request letter to the management of MMCH. They should also mention the reason for obtaining medical records after the Management permits the MRD Incharge will retrieve the documents and hand a copy of the medical record by collecting the prescribed fees.
For elective(planned) cases the patient visits the hospital when admission was advised. The reception desk will get the formalities of billing and documentation done. The selected ward will be allocated.

As of now, the health information is stored manually in the records for the In Patients. The software only collects the demographic data and the billing details. The health record is manually recorded which is stored in the Medical Records Department.
The hospital hires the staff according to the prescribed norms and policies. The Islamic Social Service Society keeps a watch on the recruitments. The staffing pattern and the details of staff hired and in service are also submitted to the DM&HO. Hence the staff working are according to the policies of NMC.
